Consultation Services Offered
Assessing Services:
- Case reviews: assist clinicians or organizations identify risk
management, identify sequel of disease, care planning with clients/patients.
- System Assessment/Analysis: of QA programs, staffing structure,
recruitment, marketing, orientation program and professional development
system.
- Peer critique: provide on site individual and team/group assessment
and critique of roles and function of roles to help analyze and use
human resources efficiently.
- Clinical Assessments: assessment of clients using nursing process
and system theory to prioritize nursing diagnoses and develop plan of
care using a transdisciplinary team approach. Rehabilitation panel rounds
for long-term care facilities to address barriers to discharge and focus
on clients strengths.
Designing/Developing Services:
- Structural Designing: provide advise and facilitation to redesign
nursing structure to help support facility fiscal goals and vision-mission
goals of the organization.
- Human Resources Designing & Development: time management
program using "Franklin planner" concepts, teaching and training
program development, recruitment plans, case management modules to help
with competency assessment skill using the Resident Assessment Instrument
process.
Mentoring Services:
- Field Visits & Conferences: working side-by-side with director
of nurses, case managers, unit managers, social workers, to help develop
leadership, and case management.
